Washington: Seattle and Mineral

So this week on our State of Murder Podcast we continue to head north to the state of Washington.

Amber's story: The Capitol Hill Massacre

On March 24, 2006 a group of friends that lived in the neighborhood Capitol Hill in Seattle, were getting ready to head to the Better off Undead themed rave being held that evening. The group of friends nicknamed the East Republican Boys (named for the street that they lived on) decided they wanted to host the after party and during the rave started inviting people that they met. One invitation went to a guy standing against the wall. He wasn't dressed in a costume and didn't seem to really fit into the rave scene. Even though he wasn't participating the East Republican Boys decided they should invite him. Thus they were introduced to Kyle Huff. Huff would end up going to the after party where he would end up killing 6 people.
